BORN TO BE A CONQUEROR ✮
On the 15th of February exactly after valentine's day, was the day of our Mock Job Interview, in the afternoon hour. I arrived at the admin exactly 12:30 which Ma'am Louie told us so, but then I waited minutes for Gene and Dave, because Gene hitched Dave's motorcycle to save transportation expenses, and so I waited patiently for them, for me to hitch also heading to the AFA- Laboratory which our Mock Job Interview will be conducted. When we arrived I don't know how to feel because I can't tell neither I were nervous or numb. The atmosphere inside was flamingly hot, a tons of people wearing corporate attires, to look pleasantly appealing. My friends Jea and Francis were late, but after they arrived they seated for a while before they chose to be interviewed, I was so proud how fearless we are. There were 7 interviewers. Meanwhile I was included to the first batch which will be interviewed, because I was fearless, I chose to go first because I wanted this feeling to end, the feeling of nervousness, I chose to go first because I wanted to end it first. I was interviewed by Ma'am Ranara, teacher of section Mayari. During my interview, I really didn't know how to feel that time, I even forgotten to shot my greetings. Fast forward, I was proud of my self because I answered the questions in pure English.
The question that really mesmerized me is“Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?”, I answered it by what my heart desires way back then, I responded that “ I will see myself 5 years from now, at Canada working as nurse and will bring my family there to migrate, and have a better future together.”And that phrase concluded my interview, and then I was hired and accepted. After that I feel like heading back to the real world, I was amused and annoyed because my classmates keep asking questions, what are the questions asked, if it was hard, how did I answer it, if it was fine speaking in binoculars. Additionally, I see the beauty of going first even it frightened's you the most. I only thought of the quote which tells“There's beauty in curiosity.”, you should go for it.
